Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.

For hygiene reasons, perfume bottles that have been opened or sprayed cannot be returned.

If your return is approved, please ensure the product is securely packaged before sending it back to us.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.We will replace the product or issue a refund after verifying the issue.
